01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Zeus40 online gaming platform, including all games, features, payment services, promotions, and any other services offered through zeus40.app (collectively, the "Services"). By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with Zeus40's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the Zeus40 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Zeus40 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gambling. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Services.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Zeus40 or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have been diagnosed with a gambling disorder that would make participation in gaming activities inappropriate.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of Zeus40 Services, you are required to create a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

• Each individual may hold only one (1) Zeus40 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Zeus40 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• You must not register using false, misleading, or another person's identity information. Doing so constitutes fraud and may be reported to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

Zeus40 may, at any time and without prior notice, conduct identity verification checks using the information provided during registration or subsequently updated by you. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process, including providing government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or other acceptable forms of identification.

04 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Zeus40 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify Zeus40 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
• Not allow any third party to access or use your Zeus40 account on your behalf.

Zeus40 will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from Zeus40 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Zeus40 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified Zeus40 of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

05 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the Zeus40 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Zeus40 accepts deposits through the following payment methods, subject to availability:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• BDO (Banco de Oro)
• Metrobank

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Payment section of the Zeus40 platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at Zeus40's discretion. Deposits are generally credited to your Zeus40 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider, though processing times may vary depending on the method used and prevailing network conditions.

Zeus40 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider. Zeus40 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes completion of identity verification and, where applicable, source-of-funds verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (same-source withdrawal policy), unless otherwise approved by Zeus40 in writing.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Payment section of the platform.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• Zeus40 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Zeus40 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Zeus40 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Zeus40 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

08 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the Zeus40 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor. Zeus40 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.

• Each game on the Zeus40 platform has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on Zeus40's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive.
• Zeus40 reserves the right to void any game round or wager where a technical malfunction, software error, or other irregularity has affected the integrity of the game outcome.
• Winnings generated from voided game rounds will not be paid out. Zeus40 will endeavour to notify affected players promptly in such circumstances.

Zeus40 works exclusively with reputable game providers whose titles have been independently tested and certified for fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the respective game information panels on the platform.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zeus40 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money Laundering: Using the Zeus40 platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction connected to criminal activity. Zeus40 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in card games or coordinating betting patterns.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Zeus40 platform or its games.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Services while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by any person under 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to Zeus40 transactions.

10 Responsible Gaming

Zeus40 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits directly from their account settings.
• Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Players who require a longer break may request self-exclusion, which will restrict access to the Zeus40 platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• Zeus40 will not send promotional communications to players who have activated self-exclusion.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Zeus40 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform (collectively, "Zeus40 Content"), is the exclusive property of Zeus40 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Zeus40 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Zeus40 Content without the prior written consent of Zeus40.
• You may not use any Zeus40 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by Zeus40.

Any unauthorised use of Zeus40 Content may constitute an infringement of Zeus40's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zeus40 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Zeus40 platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond Zeus40's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any errors or inaccuracies in game content or results caused by technical malfunctions.

Zeus40's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Zeus40 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Zeus40's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

Zeus40 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Zeus40 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Zeus40 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and Zeus40 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Zeus40 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable Philippine law or regulation, including in connection with anti-money laundering investigations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Zeus40 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Zeus40 will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Zeus40 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and Zeus40 arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

Zeus40 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with applicable Philippine gaming laws and regulations.
