Activating self-exclusion is straightforward. Here's how to do it in a few simple steps.
Visit zeus40.app and log in using your registered credentials. If you are having trouble logging in, contact our support team directly and they will assist you immediately.
Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
Within Account Settings, navigate to the "Responsible Gaming" tab. Here you will find all available limit and exclusion tools.
Select your preferred self-exclusion duration — 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent. Read the confirmation notice carefully before proceeding.
Confirm your self-exclusion request. Your account will be restricted immediately. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered address. During the exclusion period, Zeus40 will also suppress any marketing communications to you.
Under Philippine law, the minimum age for participating in casino-style gambling is 21 years old. Zeus40 enforces this requirement strictly and without exception. Every new player must complete an age verification process before their account is fully activated and before any deposits or gameplay are permitted.
Zeus40 uses a combination of automated age checks at registration and manual document verification (KYC) to confirm that all players meet the 21+ requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited.
